Time!!!! History Of TimeThe Babylonians, who lived from about 300bc to about 100bc, are thought to have been the first people to think that the it took 360 days to go around the sun, making the year. The Greeks later split the year into 12 parts, making months. They also divided each month into 30 other parts, creating days. Then the romans made a calendar that was to reveal more accurately that there were actually 365 and 1 quarter days in a year. They also realised that they needed a leap year to sychronise with the seasons. The last 2 digits of each leap year are divisible by 4

ClocksMost People think that analogue and digital clocks are and always were the only way to ever tell the time, but this is not true, there ARE other ways to tell the time, one of them is just looking up and seeing where the sun or the moon is in the sky. another way of telling the time was the Sundial, although it only works during the day, and isn't very accurate, people could still guess around about what time it was. The different types of time are 12 and 24 hour time.
